Preliminary Announcement and Registration

The seventh European Directory Marketplace (EDM) conference, EDM07, will be held February 5-6, 2007 in London!

Past EDM conferences have succeeded in drawing delegates from 32 countries and 200 organizations, and has been the most significant directory assistance (DA) gathering in Europe. As anyone can tell, the marketplace is radically different that it was in the past—we say it is converging—and EDM07 will be radically different as well.

First and foremost, the EDM07 content will reflect this radically different market. We define the following key characteristics of the market:

- What: Directory and Search Services (DSS);
- Where: fixed and mobile environments;
- Devices: voice telephones, smart handsets, and computers.
